🤷 What can be returned?

We want you to be officially thrilled with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Since most of our products are printed just for you, we can’t accept returns for things like ā€œI changed my mind,ā€ ā€œI ordered the wrong size,ā€ or ā€œTurns out my friend isn’t that into squirrel humor.ā€

BUT… if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective—we have your back.

šŸ“ø What we need from you:

  • A quick photo of the issue (damaged item, printing error, etc.)
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
    Send all of that to contactus@runutsnetwork.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

šŸ” Replacements & Refunds

  • If the mistake is ours (print error, damaged item, etc.), we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund—your choice.
  • We don’t require returns on damaged items, but we do appreciate the heads-up so we can fix it.

šŸ“¦ Wrong size?

Double-check that size chart before ordering, ya nut! The t-shirts are 100% cotton, pre-shrunk and they seem to run pretty true to size. 

We can’t do returns for size issues since each item is custom made—but if you’re truly stuck, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
