If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, holler at us within 7 days and we’ll make it right—refund or replacement, your call.

If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or your dog doesn’t like the color…that one’s on you. These are made-to-order, so we don’t do general returns.
